1 - Scope

This website is operated by Uwyn SPRL/BVBA.

We comply with data protection legislation such as the Data Protection Act 1998. This regulates the processing of personal data relating to you and grants you various rights in respect of your personal data.

In this statement "we" and "us" mean Uwyn SPRL/BVBA, and "you" means you the customer. Certain words spelt with initial capital letters are defined terms. We collect the following personal data from you: your name, credit or debit card details, date of birth and address. We may also collect information about your usage of the website and information about you from the messages you post on the website and the e-mails you send us.

When you submit your Order, we may make credit searches about you at credit reference agencies. The agencies will record details of any search whether or not your application succeeds. Credit searches and other information which is provided to us and/or the credit reference agencies about you and anyone with whom you are linked financially may be used by us if credit decisions are made about you and anyone with whom you are linked financially or other members of your household.
